GiveMeRecipes grants every crafting recipe to a player automatically, so the recipe book fills in without a server command.
What it does
When a player joins, recipes are granted to them and shown in the recipe book, and a toast notification confirms the change. The work runs on the server, so players on a server running it need nothing installed. Fabric API is required, and the mod is published for Fabric only, in two game versions, 1.21.9 and 1.21.10.
