First Steps

First Steps is a world-generation mod that places new structures and entry sound effects into existing worlds, with the title shown when a player enters one.
What it does
The mod adds structures to the world and shows a title card when a player steps into one. Its structures are built around existing worlds, so a player who explores finds them in new places. Entry sounds can be customized, and the title display is part of the same feature set.
The mod is listed in the Decoration category, with Adventure, Utility, Optimization and World generation as secondary categories. Servers that run it need every player to install it too. Files are published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, with snapshot builds available. The current Fabric file is 2.30 for 26.3, the current Forge file is 2.30 for 1.20.4, and the current NeoForge file is 2.20 for 1.21.4.
Builds cover 1.20 – 26.3 across 22 release versions. The mod is released under the MIT License and is not open source. Public links for an issue tracker and a wiki are available.
