F3Mod
by Lukiiy
F3Mod reworks the F3 debug screen for Minecraft Beta b1.7.3, adding more data and letting players toggle some of its features.
What it does
F3Mod reorganizes the information shown on the debug menu and includes more data than the default screen. Some of its features can be switched on or off, and the debug graph entity IDs can be toggled by holding keys. The mod exposes an API so other mods can provide their own debug content through an F3ModAPI entrypoint. Only the client needs it, and the mod is released under the MIT License, so the code is open source.
Key features
Reorganized debug screen
The information on the F3 menu is grouped differently, with extra data added to the default lines.
Toggleable entity IDs
Debug graph entity IDs can be shown or hidden by holding keys, without leaving the game.
Custom debug content API
A class implementing F3ModAPI, registered at the f3mod entrypoint, lets other mods add their own debug entries.

What the author says
A quite simple mod that adds and reorganizes some information avaliable on the debug menu! It also makes the debug graph and entity ids toggleable by holding keys! It is somewhat configurable. You can use the mod's entrypoint "f3mod" with a class that implements F3ModAPI to provide your own debug stuff!
