Extra Buttons

by Texelsaur

Extra Buttons contributes several button-style blocks to Minecraft: buttons sized as panels, toggle buttons that light up, and a few detector rail variants.

What it does

Extra Buttons adds a set of button-related blocks to Minecraft. Panel-sized buttons, illuminated toggle buttons and new detector rails are among them. Most of the blocks are meant to make station design easier and to add a bit more play to redstone builds. Fabric API is required on every loader. Both client and server need the mod, and it is released under the MIT License as open source for 1.21.1 among 30 release versions from 1.4.7 onward.

Key features

  1. Panel-sized buttons

Buttons in a larger panel form, useful for controlling several inputs from one surface.

  2. Illuminated toggle buttons

Toggle buttons that light up when switched on, so their state is visible from a distance.

  3. Detector rails

New detector rail variants that send a signal when a minecart passes over or stops on them.

What the author says

This is a small mod that adds some extra button and button-related blocks to Minecraft. Such blocks include panel-sized buttons, illuminated toggle buttons, and some new detector tracks. Most of the blocks are meant to help ease station design on my server, and some are more for fun.
