Experience Nuggets

Experience Nuggets adds an item-based way to store and transport experience. A vanilla hopper placed under a source of experience orbs turns them into nuggets, with the value of each nugget based on the orb amounts it absorbed. Because nuggets are ordinary items once created, they can be moved, stored and handled like other items in chests, hoppers and inventories.

Players can also collect experience by hand: standing on a hopper and looking down, sneaking, and holding there until the hopper has absorbed the wanted amount converts it into nuggets. The mod was developed as a proof of concept and is not described as fully optimized. Its custom license covers the files, so the code is not open source. Files are published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, all for 1.21.5, and the server requires the mod while players may install it.

Players who plan to use the mod on a server should check the usage guidelines in the author text before installing it. The mod can be removed by running the command dash.exp:uninstall, which the author text provides.
