Enhanced Overlay
Enhanced Overlay is a Fabric utility that lets players adjust how the HUD and overlay elements look, from one settings screen.
What it does
Enhanced Overlay gives players control over several overlay elements from a single settings screen. Players can adjust how the overlay elements appear without editing files by hand. Text background opacity can be set to 0, which also removes the chat background that the vanilla accessibility settings do not fully turn off.
The mod runs on the client alone, so players install it and servers do not need it. It has to be on the Fabric loader, and it requires Fabric API and YetAnotherConfigLib (YACL); its settings screen uses the YACL config system. Mod Menu is optional and lists the mod on its configuration screen when present. Files are published for 1.21.4, 1.21.5, 1.21.8, 1.21.11, 26.1, 26.1.1, 26.1.2 and 26.2, and the code is open source under the Mozilla Public License 2.0.
