Enhanced Equipment adds copper, amethyst, turtle and cosmic armour and tools, each crafted from vanilla materials, to the game.
What it does
Gear added by the mod is crafted from items that vanilla Minecraft already provides, so no new resources have to be found before the equipment can be made. Copper, amethyst and full turtle armour sets join the tools, and chainmail armour recipes are included alongside them. Cosmic gear sits at the top of the tree: a piece of netherite equipment is upgraded with an echo shard at a smithing table.
The mod is released under the MIT License and is not open source. Builds exist for Fabric and Forge, covering the 1.19 release line. Either side can run it, and neither needs it, so it can be added to a single-player world or a server without changes on the other side.
