Enderman Grief Control
Enderman Grief Control stops Endermen from picking up and placing blocks, without turning off the mobGriefing game rule for the whole world.
What it does
Endermen normally pick up and place blocks, which can scatter builds and leave spawnable blocks in cleared areas. This Fabric mod blocks those actions and keeps the rest of mobGriefing working, so villagers still farm, sheep still graze and other mob behavior stays as vanilla. Protection is enabled by default, and no configuration is needed before a world starts being protected. Installation needs only Fabric and Enderman Grief Control, with Fabric API as a standard Fabric requirement on the server.
Existing block-carrying Endermen are handled by a setting. By default they clear the blocks they hold without dropping items, but a server can choose to leave them untouched, or to only report their coordinates. Checks run periodically and only affect loaded Endermen, so unloaded chunks are never forced to load. Mod Menu is optional and adds a screen with common settings for local and integrated-server worlds.
Commands need the endermangriefcontrol.admin permission, which operators receive by default, or permission level 2 on singleplayer and dedicated servers. Any change made through a command applies right away and is kept without a manual save. The mod is released under the Apache License 2.0 and is open source.
Key features
Blocked block pickup
Endermen cannot pick up or place blocks while protection is active, so builds and spawn-proofed areas stay intact.
Vanilla mob behavior kept
The global mobGriefing rule stays on, so other mob actions that depend on it keep working normally.
Carried-block handling
Blocks already held by Endermen can be cleared, left alone or only reported, chosen per server.
Live administration commands
Admins can inspect settings, change them, and reload the configuration while the server keeps running.
Per-world settings
Protection, carrier handling and logging can be set for each world, with global defaults as a fallback.

No Grief Endermen is server-side only and published for 1.21.1 under the MIT License. Detailed mobGriefing is server-side only, under the MIT License and covers 1.21 – 1.21.11, which makes it the broadest version range among these.
