Eating Animations
by Matyrobbrt
Eating Animations adds an eating animation to the player's character while food is consumed, and is released for Forge and NeoForge.
What it does
The mod shows an eating animation on the character while a food item is being consumed, and adds an optional setting that also renders the animation in the inventory screen, controlled in the eatinganimation-client.toml config. Model overrides for eating progress apply globally, so an eating animation can be attached to any item. GroovyModLoader (GML) is required. Servers do not need it; each player installs it for their own game. Files cover 1.18.1 – 1.21 across six release versions.
