DynamicUI
by voolt29
DynamicUI changes how the Minecraft interface looks and moves, adding animated menus and button behavior on Fabric.
What it does
DynamicUI reworks the game's GUI screens with animated transitions, so buttons react with custom hover effects and smooth motion. Players who want a different look for menus can switch these animations on through the mod. Only the client needs it, and servers run without it. Installation needs Fabric, and the files target 1.21.5 only, released as version 1.0 under All rights reserved.
Key features
Animated menus
Screens and menus play custom animations when they open, giving the interface a smoother appearance.
Hover effects on buttons
Buttons respond to the cursor with custom hover effects and motion, and category labels reflect their function.
Language compatibility notes
With other languages, special buttons can show incorrect color highlighting or layout issues, so the author lists this as a known limitation.

How it compares
Simple GUI changer is a client-side only option on Fabric for 1.21 – 1.21.8, and it is open source under the MIT License. GUI Studio is also client-side only on Fabric but targets 1.21.11, and it is not open source. Only the client needs these mods, so servers run without them.
