RealGronds Dimensional World adds a Mining Dimension that players reach through a simple portal, so quarrying happens away from the Overworld.
What it does
The Mining Dimension is a separate world reached by a portal built from Dimensional World Portal Frame blocks. The frame is a 4×5 outside size with a 2×3 opening, and an Artifact Ender Gem lights it. Each lit portal switches a player between the Overworld and the Mining Dimension, and the Ender Gem is consumed the first time a portal is lit. Portals cannot be lit from the Nether or the End, and they do not work there.
The dimension includes a plains biome with decorations and extra mineshaft variety, and it is meant to keep the Overworld untouched during quarrying tests. The mod is a lightweight, affiliated take on Aroma1997's Dimensional World, which the author credits as its inspiration. Installation covers the server and each player's game. Kotlin for Forge is required and must be installed alongside it. Files are published for NeoForge 1.21.1, with 0.1.1 as the latest beta, released under the Apache License 2.0 and open source.
