Delightful
by brnbrd
Delightful, a Forge and NeoForge addon for a food mod, adds configurable foods, knives, pies and berries, and each feature can be switched off in the config.
What it does
Most of the additions are food items: a Cheeseburger and a Deluxe Cheeseburger, Marshmallow on a Stick and its roasted form, an S'more, plus Jelly Bottles with a glowing variant that applies the Glowing effect, and a Nut Butter Bottle. A vanilla Pumpkin Pie can be placed in the world and cut into slices, and pies from other food mods can be placed the same way.
Knives are gated by materials. A Copper, Bone, Amethyst or Emerald Knife is disabled by default and only becomes available when its crafting material is found. Tag-based knives for metals such as tin, steel, bronze and silver are enabled when the matching forge tag is present. Salmonberries spawn in forests and can be pressed into pips or baked into a Salmonberry Pie. Animal Fat drops from animals in the delightful:fatty animals tag and cooks into Animal Oil Bottles, a furnace fuel that can be refilled with a sneak right click.
Delightful requires a food mod as its base. It runs on client and server and is published for Forge and NeoForge for 1.19 – 1.20.1, under the MIT License, and is not open source.
