DayZ Remastered brings the survival setting of the DayZ mod into Minecraft, with infected zombies, weapon and stat panels, and two new biomes.
What it does
On-screen panels show the player's name, the population of the server, the number of zombies, the days survived and the current coordinates in the top left corner. The top right panel lists the weapon in hand, its name and the rounds remaining. The bottom right panel tracks hunger, thirst, health and the armor being worn, so a player can follow their condition while moving around.
The mod adds infected zombies and two biomes, the dead forest and the burnt forest. It is a port of an older DayZ build for Minecraft 1.16.5, and it adds new content on top of the original features rather than copying them unchanged. Only the client needs the mod, so players install it on their own game and servers run without it.
Files are published for Forge only, for Minecraft 1.16.5, with the latest build dated 2023-11-05. The code is not open source and is released under All rights reserved, so the files are distributed without open source terms.

Status panels
