Datapack Error Viewer
Datapack Error Viewer shows datapack loading errors in a game screen, so players can read them without opening the log.
What it does
When a datapack fails to load, the error appears on a screen in the game UI instead of only in the log file. Datapack Error Viewer only applies to datapack files that prevent a world from loading, such as those affecting vanilla enchantments or paintings. Files like tags and loot tables fail softly and do not stop world loading, so they show no error screen. The mod runs on Fabric for game versions 1.21 – 26.3, with files for 26.3 dated 2026-09-15, and it is open source under the MIT License. It runs on client and server, and it has no connection to multiplayer servers.
