What it does

Control panels are placed as blocks and connected through control cables, which carry redstone inputs and outputs from the panels themselves. A stripped form of the cable is used so that blocks can connect panels to each other, and a cable stripper converts cables in place: right-clicking a control cable strips it, and shift right-clicking picks up the cable or stripped cable again.
