Daily Quests
by Veeq
Daily Quests gives a server a rotating set of quests that each player receives and completes on their own, with rewards set through loot tables.
What it does
Each day the server generates a fresh set of randomly chosen quests, so players get new objectives without an administrator adding them by hand. Over 20 quest types cover different parts of play, including killing mobs and defeating other players in PvP. Every player keeps a personal set of quests and tracks progress separately from everyone else.
Rewards are defined through loot tables, which can be customised to suit a particular server. Changes to the configuration can be applied with a reload command, so a restart is not required. Admin commands need operator level 2, and the quests command starts the main features for players.
Daily Quests requires Fabric API. It is Server-side only, so players join without installing anything, and the mod is published for Fabric on 1.21.8 and 1.21.11, with 0.6.0 for 1.21.11 as the latest file. The code is not open source, and it is released under All rights reserved.
