Customize Phantom Spawning & Attacking lets server owners change when phantoms spawn and which players they attack, using a server config file.

What it does

The mod is server-side only: players join without installing it, and the server alone reads the config file. When no config file exists, the mod creates a default one that matches vanilla phantom behavior. The command reloadphantomconfig reloads the file without a restart. Fabric files target 1.21.11 only, in a single release from 2025-12-13, and the code is covered by the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license, which is not open source.
