With Ctrl Q, pressing Ctrl and Q together drops a whole stack of items instead of a single item from the selected slot.

What it does

The mod changes the drop key so that Ctrl+Q removes an entire stack from the inventory or a container screen, rather than one item at a time. It runs on the client only, so a server does not need it and players join without installing anything. Ctrl Q is published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge across 43 release versions, 1.12.2 – 1.21.10, and is released under the MIT License as open source.

Available on Forge(1.12.2) and Fabric(1.14 to latest). (Fabric versions 1.14 to 1.19.2 are v1.8. Fabric 1.19.3+ is in v1.9) *For non-MacOS users, this mod is basically useless. Sorry!
