Create: Tempered Steel adds a steel alloy to the Create ecosystem, with steel-related blocks, items and recipes that work alongside Create Big Cannons.
What it does
The mod adds steel made in a Create mixer from cast iron ingots, charcoal, copper ingots and tin ingots. Bronze is made the same way in a mixer, and tin ore is generated underground, giving the new alloys a starting material in a new world. Steel and bronze are used for Create cannons and decorative blocks, so the mod extends the existing Create progression rather than replacing it.
Create itself is required, and Create Big Cannons is required as well. Farmer's Delight Refabricated is optional and adds compatibility with its content. The mod is published for Fabric only, for Minecraft 1.20.1, and runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. The latest Fabric file is 1.3, released on 2024-08-20, and the code is under the MIT License, so the project is open source.
