Create: Simple Generator
by LD_Anvil
With Create: Simple Generator installed, Create stress can be turned into Forge Energy (FE) through a single block, for players who want to power other mods from a Create setup.
What it does
The mod adds one block that converts Create stress into Forge Energy. By default each unit of stress consumed produces one FE at the same speed, and the conversion values can be changed in the configuration file. The author built it because no mod was available that converted stress to FE on the current version, and notes that industrial mods offer more efficient ways to produce energy, so this block is mainly useful for powering mods that accept FE.
Create: Simple Generator requires Create and runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. It is published for Forge and NeoForge, with files for 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, and the code is released under the MIT License as open source. The latest Forge file is 1.0.9-1.20.1 for 1.20.1, published 2025-07-24, and the latest NeoForge file is 1.0.8-1.21.1 for 1.21.1, published 2025-07-19.
Key features
Stress to FE block
A block takes rotational stress from Create machinery and outputs Forge Energy for other machines.

The stress consumption and FE output rates can be adjusted through the mod's configuration.
Default one-to-one rate
With default values, each unit of stress consumed produces one FE multiplied by the speed.

Use cases
Powering FE machines
A Create setup can feed Forge Energy consumers that do not run on stress, using this block as the bridge.
Who it’s for: Players who run Create machinery alongside mods that use Forge Energy, and server owners who want that link on a shared world.
How it compares
Lightning Generator is open source under the MIT License, built for Forge and NeoForge across 1.20.1 – 1.21.1, and runs with client and server. Void Generator is Forge only, covers 1.20.1 – 1.20.2, and is closed under All rights reserved. Mekanism Generators is open source under the MIT License, supports Forge and NeoForge across 1.7.10 – 1.21.1, and is also a client and server mod, so it covers a much wider version range than this mod.

What the author says
This mod just adds a simple block that converts stresses to FE. By default, each tick consumes 1 stress (multiplied by speed) and produces 1 FE (multiplied by speed). You can modify these values through configuration.
