Create Heads Up Display, a NeoForge add-on for Create, lets players show custom information on a wearable HUD driven by terminal blocks.
What it does
A terminal block acts as a configuration hub that receives data and can connect several data sources. Terminal blocks can be bound together to form a multiblock structure that renders custom content, and a player who wears the HUD sees the output of the terminal it is bound to.
The mod is open source under the MIT License and is published for NeoForge 1.21.1 only, with the latest file 1.2.4 dated 2026-08-16. It is a client and server mod, so the server and every player need it. Create itself must already be installed, and the JAR goes into the .minecraft/mods folder. Radar display works with the Create-Radar-Sable addon.
Key features
Head-up display
A HUD shows custom content taken from the terminal a player has bound, once the item is equipped.
Adjustable slots
Each slot can be moved, scaled, rotated and recolored independently, with its transparency set separately.
Static text slot
A slot can show fixed custom text without being connected to any data source.
Radar display
A radar view can be rendered on the HUD, drawing from Create-Radar-Sable without using the weapon network.
