The mod adds two new cave biomes, guano caves and glowworm caves, to the world generator, and places 37 new mobs inside caves. Food items and decorative blocks come with the update, so players who explore underground find new things to collect and eat. Cave Stuff is published for Forge only, for Minecraft 1.20.1, and the latest file is 1.06.05 for 1.20.1, released on 2025-06-11.
The mod requires GeckoLib, which must be installed next to it on Forge. Cave Stuff is a client and server mod: the server and every player need it.
