Bucketable
Bucketable lets players capture mobs in a bucket, and the mod can be set up with its own settings for each mob type.
What it does
Mob buckets can hold many creatures that vanilla cannot pick up, and the set of mobs that qualify is adjustable through configuration. Captured mobs keep their state when they are placed back into the world. Tamed cats can be bucketed too, though a bucketed cat has to be close enough to interact with, and the mod works around an advancement bug (MC-254899) that affects cats. The server must run the mod, while players may leave it out. It is published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt for 1.20 – 1.21.1, with builds for 1.20 – 1.21.1 covering seven release versions. It is released under the MIT License, but it is not open source.
