BFUFOIS
by molodoyss
BFUFOIS is a small client mod that bypasses an odd interface scale by forcing the Unicode font, aimed at players who want a different text rendering.
What it does
The mod changes how the game draws text on screen by forcing the Unicode font, which works around interface scaling that looks wrong. It is a client-side only mod, so only the player's client needs it and servers run without it. Files are published for Fabric, across 17 release versions, 1.21 – 26.3, with 1.0-26.2 as the latest file, and the code is not open source.
Key features
Bypasses odd interface scale
Skips the interface scale setting that produces an odd layout and renders text with the Unicode font instead.
Forced Unicode font
Applies the Unicode font across the interface, which the author describes as an unusual look some players may still like.
Lightweight client change
A small mod with a single purpose, touching only text rendering on the player's side.
