Better Trials Loot
by Potato_Lady
Better Trials Loot changes what trial chambers hand out, so their chests, barrels and trial spawners dispense more items and look closer to loot fountains.
What it does
Chests, barrels and trial spawners in trial chambers receive more items than in vanilla, and the amount rises with the Luck effect. The extra loot widens the variety, with iron, gold and copper ingots and blocks tied to trial chambers, along with rarer equipment, tools, mending books and XP bottles. The mod's own description says the rare results stay uncommon unless a player is very lucky, and that a bucket of axolotl is included because it is super rare.
The mod is server-side only, so a server owner installs it on the host and players join without any change. It is published for Fabric and NeoForge, with files for 1.21.1 dated 2024-10-06 and built for 1.21 – 1.21.1. The author notes that the chance of each item and the number of items per chest or spawner can be edited in the datapack, and that Bonus Rolls and the Luck potion effect add to those counts.
Key features
More items per container
Trial chests, barrels and spawners dispense considerably more items than in vanilla.
Luck scaling
The Luck potion effect increases the number of extra items that a container dispenses.
Wider loot pool
Ingots, blocks, equipment, tools, mending books and XP bottles join the trial chamber rewards.
Rarity range
Items range from very common to super rare, so most rolls are ordinary and a few are notable.
Datapack-editable chances
The chance of each item and the count per container can be changed through a datapack.
Compatibility
Latest build for each game version and loader.

Use cases
Servers with a shared vault
The author suggests pairing the mod with a datapack or mod that lets players reopen a trial vault, so one vault can give loot more than once.
Who it’s for: Server owners who want trial chambers to feel more rewarding, and players who run a datapack to tune the loot tables. Changing the chances requires knowing how to edit a datapack; the author points to the Minecraft Wiki for that.
How it compares
Disable Trial Spawners is open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 or later, server required and client optional, for 1.21 – 1.21.3, and it turns trial spawners off rather than adding loot. JustAVaultUnlockKey runs on client and server under All rights reserved, and is not open source, for 1.21 – 1.21.4, and it changes how vaults open.

What the author says
This is a server-side mod! Only the host needs to have this installed for it to work! If you have it installed and join a server, nothing happens. I recomend to use this mod/datapack together with something like Revault, Trial Vault Restock, NoVaultLimit, etc, since that will allow you to get loot multiple times from…
