Better Crafts
Better Crafts supplies a set of extra recipes meant to make everyday play smoother, and it also brings new crafting options, distributed as either a datapack or a mod for several loaders.
What it does
The mod is a set of crafting recipes meant to smooth out parts of the game that players find tedious. Better Crafts adds many recipes and introduces new crafting paths that vanilla Minecraft does not include. Installation is simple: the datapack is a zip file that goes into the world's datapacks folder, and then the world is reloaded with the reload command so the recipes take effect.
Because the content arrives through recipes, it fits survival worlds, adventure maps and multiplayer servers alike. The mod is published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, and also as a data pack for servers that prefer that route. Server owners who want to try it can install it on a server, while players need nothing extra to join.
The server must run it, while players may leave it out. Builds cover 1.21.4 – 26.3 across 13 release versions, and files for 26.3 are the latest on all four loaders. The license is Creative Commons Attribution 4.0, and the project is not open source.

The same content can be loaded as a datapack by copying a zip file into the world's datapacks folder.
