Awesome Commands
by shkschneider
With Awesome Commands installed, operators get a set of player commands for healing, flying, repairing items and opening ender chests.
What it does
The mod adds commands that act on a player: heal, fly, invulnerable, repair, inventory, enderchest and top. Each one changes the state of the target player or their gear without needing a separate mod. The command set can be extended on the server side.
Awesome Commands requires Awesome Core, which must be installed alongside it on Fabric. It is distributed for Fabric only and covers game versions 1.18 – 1.19.3 across seven releases. Servers that run it need every player to install it too. The code is open source under the MIT License, and the source is published publicly.
The latest file is 0.10.0 for 1.18.2, published on 2023-04-07. The first release appeared on 2022-11-22 and the last update on the same date as the latest file. Server owners who want to grant utility actions to players without giving full operator tools can use these commands as a narrower set of permissions.
Key features
Heal player command
Restores a target player's health from the command line, useful for quick recovery during testing or on a server.
Fly and invulnerable commands
Lets a target player fly or become invulnerable, so administrators can move or protect someone without changing gear.
Repair player command
Repairs the items a player is holding or wearing, restoring their durability in one step.
Inventory and enderchest access
Opens a target player's inventory or ender chest so an administrator can check or adjust what they carry.
Top player command
Teleports the command user to the top of a target player's position, a shortcut for finding someone in tall terrain.
Extendable command set
The server can define additional commands beyond the built-in set, adapting the commands to its own needs.

How it compares
Render Distance Command is a client-side only Fabric mod under the MIT License, covering 1.19.3 – 1.21.3, and it is not open source. Creative Fly is also client-side only and under the MIT License, supporting 1.19.2 – 26.3, and it is not open source. This mod differs by being client and server and open source, so it needs installing on the server as well as on players' clients.
