Auto Totem-Optimized

The mod is a client-side utility for Fabric that moves a totem of undying into the off-hand automatically, which matters most when a health drop comes quickly and there is no time to open the inventory. A default key toggles the automatic swapping on and off, and a status message in the action bar confirms each change. The key can be rebound under Options, Controls, Key Binds, under the AutoTotem entry.

Only the client needs the mod, so a server does not have to run it and players can join without installing anything. The source code and the issue tracker are public. The mod is released under the GNU General Public License v3.0 only, which makes it open source. Fabric Loader and a matching Fabric API must be installed beside it, using the Minecraft version the file targets.

Files are published for Minecraft 1.21 – 26.3, across 17 release versions, and the latest Fabric build, 1.5, is for 26.3 and dates from 2026-09-18.
