Autism adds a small set of silly items and one creature, first released for 1.20.1 on Fabric and Forge.
What it does
The mod is a light novelty pack with a few joke items and a creature that reacts when a player right-clicks it, playing a yippiee sound. Both Fabric and Forge builds are published for 1.20.1, and the files work on client and server, so the server and every player need the mod. The mod is licensed as All rights reserved and is not open source; the author lists an issue tracker as the public link.
