Clean View
by Afkz Studios
Clean View removes the swirling potion particles from the first-person view, along with the murky blue underwater fog and the orange lava fog overlay.
What it does
Each of the three effects can be switched off on its own. Remove Potion Particles hides the swirling status effect particles seen in first person, Remove Water Fog clears the murky blue haze underwater, and Remove Lava Fog removes the orange overlay shown while standing in lava. Pressing H opens an in-game config screen where each option is toggled, and changes are saved automatically. The H key itself can be remapped in the Controls menu under Afkz Clean View.
The mod is a lightweight Fabric mod that only changes rendering on the client, so it can be added to a single-player world or joined on a server without installing anything there. Files are published for Minecraft 1.21.11 and later, with five release versions covered, 1.21.11 – 26.3. The code is released under the MIT License, but the project is not open source. Fabric Loader is the only supported loader.

Use cases
Clearer first-person view
Players who find potion swirls or fog distracting can hide them while keeping the rest of the rendering unchanged.
Underwater building and exploration
With water fog removed, the seafloor and nearby blocks stay visible at a glance during ocean builds and dives.
Who it’s for: Players on Fabric who want a clearer first-person view and a few visual effects removed without adding other content. Server owners do not need to install anything for it.
How it compares

OverGreen is a Fabric client mod for 1.21.11 – 26.3 under the MIT License, and it is open source. FogBeGone is an open-source Fabric client mod for 26.2 – 26.3 under the MIT License. Clean View covers the same client-side effects, and like those three it is not a server mod.
