YDM's Fennec Fox adds a tameable desert mob that follows its owner once it has been tamed.

What it does

Players lure the mob with rabbit meat and then tame it. A tamed mob can be bred using a rabbit's foot or the berries it eats. In most respects it acts like the vanilla fox: it hunts chickens, rabbits and fish, follows its owner, and goes off on its own when hunting.

Key features

  1. Tameable desert mob

    The creature can be enticed with rabbit meat, then tamed and made to follow its owner.

  2. Breeding items

    A rabbit's foot, sweet berries and glow berries are used to breed tamed animals.

  3. Desert spawns

    The mob appears in desert biomes, and spawn rules can be adjusted through a biome modifier and biome tag.
