Wrench lets players rotate supported blocks with a simple tool, turning them to face a chosen direction in the world.
What it does
Holding the Wrench and using it on a block turns that block to a new facing. The author notes name pistons (in their extended state), chests, Ender chests and trapped chests, redstone repeaters and comparators, and ladders, which only rotate into positions where they can stay attached to a wall. Blocks outside that list are left alone, so the tool does not change blocks it cannot orient.
The mod is for builders who set up redstone circuits or decorative layouts and want to orient parts quickly without breaking and replacing them. It is Forge-only and ships as a single 1.18.2 build, 1.0.1, released on 2022-03-19, the same day as the first file. Every player and the server need a copy of the mod. The code is released under the MIT License, but it is not open source.
