Wetland Whimsy

Wetland Whimsy overhauls Minecraft's swamps with a new subbiome, new plants and blocksets, and ancient ruins built from lemonstone, for Forge and NeoForge.
What it does
The mod reworks the vanilla Swamp biome with redone visuals. It adds The Marsh, a new subbiome that generates between swamps and the ocean, along with Pennywort, Cordgrass and several new mushrooms. Friendly cranes and infested spiders share the wetlands, and the Bald Cypress woodset and lemonstone building blocks add materials for construction.
Wetland Ruins are ancient structures made of lemonstone that hold loot for players who search them, though some of the ruins are occupied rather than abandoned. The mod also includes the music disc Quizzly and the Skyllaremon soundtrack. Changes are applied through biome modifiers, so the mod should coexist with other mods that also alter the Swamp biome. Blueprint and Cloth Config API are required dependencies, and Biolith and Trimmed are bundled inside the mod. The environment is client and server, and the mod is released under the Artistic-2.0 license and is not open source.

The Wetlands is a Forge-only mod for 1.20.1 with All rights reserved and is not open source. Prehistoric world adds Forge and NeoForge files for 1.20.1 – 1.20.4 under the Apache License 2.0. Terra-Plenty covers 1.19.4 – 1.20.1 on Forge only, also under All rights reserved. None of these alternatives is open source, unlike Wetland Whimsy's source code, which is publicly available.
