Toon's Mons [Cobblemon]

by ToonSkin

Toon's Mons is a Cobblemon addon that adds a set of Pokémon mostly inspired by the Cthulhu Mythos and other Lovecraft works.

What it does

The addon introduces new species to Cobblemon, several of them built around the creature types and themes of Lovecraftian fiction. Some of the added Pokémon are Elder forms, Exceptionally strong Pokémon that surpass the strength of most legendaries, Nyarlic Zombies, and Infected Pokémon whose base stats and visual variants differ from their counterparts. Undiscovered Pokémon do not appear in the Pokédex and are meant to be found through experimentation, with hints in the gallery. The addon also supports the Pokédex and an information gallery for the new species.

Toon's Mons requires Cobblemon, and the environment is server required with the client optional, so the server must run the addon while players may leave it out. It is published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt across 12 release versions, 1.20 – 1.21.4, and the code is licensed under All rights reserved, so it is not open source. The author notes that a resource pack screen may be outdated, and the addon works with the latest version of Cobblemon.
