The Amazing World Of Mobs renovated adds creature variety with animations, new ores and three types of mini structures to worlds played on Forge 1.20.1.
What it does
Mob encounters are harder in this mod: its creatures deal considerably more damage than their vanilla counterparts and take more hits to bring down, so players should approach them carefully. The additions include epic creatures with animations, new mod entities, and a set of ores that generate in the world alongside the new mini structures.
The mod is for players who want more difficult creature encounters and a wider cast of animated mobs in a 1.20.1 Forge world. Because it is Client and server, the server and every player need it installed. The author notes that the mod still contains some bugs and that fixes are planned in later updates.
Forge is the only loader covered. The current build is 1.1 for 1.20.1, first published on 2025-02-17 and last updated on 2025-05-29. The code is All rights reserved and not open source.
