SuperSimpleHome
by Ghost
SuperSimpleHome lets players save named home points and return to them with a command, and it runs on the server alone for Fabric.
What it does
Players set a home point with a named command, then return to it later with a matching go command. Each player can list the points they have saved, remove one that is no longer needed, or mark one as the default that a plain home command uses. Setting a home does not require operator permissions, so ordinary players can manage their own points while server owners keep control of the rest.
The mod is intended for dedicated servers and for the integrated server of a single-player world, and it works with both. Server owners can adjust its settings in a config file and reload that file from the game without restarting. Installation needs Fabric API on the server, and the mod is not needed on player clients.
Files target 1.20.2 – 1.21.4, with the latest Fabric build, 1.4.0, released for 1.21.4 on 2025-01-08. The license is custom and the project is not open source, so the terms should be read before redistribution. The mod was first published on 2023-10-11 and remains listed in the Transportation category, alongside Adventure and Utility.
Key features
Named home points
Players save a home under a chosen name and can keep several at once.
Teleport to a home
A go command with the home name sends the player to that saved point.
List and delete homes
Saved home points can be listed in full and removed by name when they are no longer wanted.
Default home
One home can be set as the default, and the plain home command uses it without a name.
Config reload
Settings are stored in a config file that can be reloaded in-game, so changes apply without a restart.

Use cases
Who it’s for: Server owners who run Fabric servers and want players to save teleport points without operator permissions, and players on those servers who want to manage their own home points.
How it compares
WorldHomeCommand is server-side only, not open source, and published for 1.20.1 on Fabric, so it covers an older version than this mod. EasyHome is server-side only and under the MIT License, with files for 1.21.7 – 1.21.8. HOME Utilities is server-side only and open source under the MIT License, with files for 1.21.1 – 1.21.8. Set Home is the only alternative that also runs on Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, and it requires the server with the client optional.
