Fabric.SK
by DemoDev
Fabric.SK is a server-side scripting engine for Fabric that runs Skript-style .sk scripts to automate gameplay without writing a plugin or mod.
What it does
Scripts are written in a readable Skript-style syntax, covering commands, join and chat broadcasts, and other simple server logic. A full parser and AST engine read the scripts, and a dynamic command registration feature, skcmd, lets a script define new commands. Variables and an execution context hold state while a script runs.
Scripts can react to events such as joins, chat messages, deaths and block breaks, and can use expressions for player names and locations, conditions such as operator status, and effects like kicking, teleporting or giving items. Running fabricsk reload hot reloads the scripts without restarting the server. The engine is designed specifically for Minecraft 1.21 and later. It is server-side only, so players join without installing anything, and the server needs the Fabric loader. Files are published for Fabric and Quilt across 15 release versions, 1.21 – 26.1.2, and the source code is open source under the MIT License.
Key features
Skript-style scripts
Scripts use a readable Skript-style syntax, so simple automation can be written in plain .sk files.
Dynamic commands
The skcmd feature registers new commands from inside a script while the server runs.
Event handling
Scripts respond to joins, chat, deaths, block breaks and other events, with variables kept during execution.
Expressions, conditions and effects
Built-in expressions read player names and locations, conditions test operator status, and effects kick, teleport or give items.
Hot reload
The fabricsk reload command reloads scripts without a server restart, which speeds up editing.

How it compares
Tupenter is a Fabric mod released under the MIT License and open source, with files for 1.21.5 – 26.3, but it is client-side only, so it changes nothing on the server. JsScripts is a Fabric mod with the same scripting purpose, covering 1.21.8 – 26.1.1, but it is not open source, is released under All rights reserved, and runs on the client and server together. Simple Broadcast is server-side only and MIT licensed, though it is limited to broadcast messages for 1.21.8 – 1.21.11.
