What it does

Simple Quarries is a NeoForge storage and automation mod that adds quarries for automated ore extraction. Its quarries are described as non-destructive, so the mined area can be worked without clearing the blocks around it. The mod runs on client and server, and the server and every player need it. Builds exist for 1.21.1, 1.21.4, 1.21.5 and 1.21.6, with 1.0.4 for 1.21.6 as the latest file. It is released under the MIT License and is not open source.

Key features

  1. Non-destructive quarries

Quarries extract the area in front of them while leaving the surrounding blocks in place.

  2. Automated ore extraction

Ore is pulled out of the ground by the quarry, so manual digging of each block is not required.

  3. Storage category

The mod sits in the Storage category, alongside technology and utility content.
