Simple Auto Totem

Simple Auto Totem is a Fabric client mod that moves a Totem of Undying into the offhand slot whenever that slot is empty.
What it does
When the offhand is empty, the mod takes a Totem of Undying from the inventory and places it there, so a totem is ready as soon as one is in the inventory. A configurable key toggles the behavior on and off, with a default key set by the mod. Only the client needs the mod, and the license is MIT, which is not an open source license.
The author notes a warning that using the mod may get a player banned, and that it is meant for situations that break server rules. Installation requires Fabric. Builds exist for 1.21.8, 1.21.10 and 26.2, and the latest file is 0.0.3 for 26.2, published 2026-09-01.
