sillyrendering
by danilwhale
sillyrendering is a Fabric client mod that makes the game renderer look wobbly, with vertices shifted to random positions.
What it does
Rendering is altered so that geometry on screen wobbles, since each vertex position is offset by a random value. The effect is cosmetic and intended as a novelty or a cursed visual rather than a performance change. Cloth Config API must be installed alongside it, and Mod Menu is optional for its settings screen. Only the client needs the mod, so servers run without it and players join with nothing extra.
Key features
Wobbly renderer
The game renderer is changed so that the world and interface appear to warp and sway.
Random vertex offsets
Each vertex position receives a random offset, which gives the whole scene a cursed, unstable look.
Built as a mixin learning project
The author made the mod while learning mixins, and it is kept as a playful experiment.
