SignPort
With SignPort installed on a server, players can jump between named anchors by writing a short command on a sign.
What it does
Create named anchors, then use signs as portals for fast travel across the world. A group list lets players filter, sort, delete and teleport to anchors. Portals can target anchors in the current dimension or in another dimension, and the command reference covers the sp signport and sp anchor near commands, with a shorter sp alias.
Accepted dimension values are overworld, nether and end, or a full namespace ID such as minecraft:overworld or mymod:custom dimension. Anchors can be found by browsing those nearby within a radius, and tab completion covers anchor names and groups. Signs are checked on the front and back text, and the side the player faces is checked first.
SignPort is published for Fabric and NeoForge across 4 release versions, 1.21.10 – 26.3, with files for 26.3 as the latest build, and Fabric API is required on Fabric. The server runs the core portal command features and needs the mod installed. Players on unmodified clients still get the portal signs working as usual. A permission provider such as LuckPerms can be connected, and when none is present the mod falls back to vanilla operator checks. The mod is open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only.
Key features
Named anchors
Anchors are saved under names, so a sign can point to a destination without coordinates.
Anchor group management
Anchors can be listed, filtered, sorted, deleted and grouped, with teleport available from the list.
Colored portal markers
A portal marker turns green when its target is valid and red when the target is missing.
Optional client helpers
Clients with the same jar gain a HUD lookup hint, an anchor browser, a sign editor with autocomplete and a form for filling valid portal signs.

What the author says
SignPort is a Fabric mod that turns ordinary signs into named travel portals. Create an anchor, write its name on a sign, and right-click the sign to teleport. SignPort's core portal and command features are server-side. Vanilla clients can join and use portal signs normally.
