Selective Entity Removal
by x3rmination
Selective Entity Removal lets a Fabric client stop rendering chosen mob types within a set range, so that distant or unwanted mobs take less processing time.
What it does
The client-side mod lets a player pick specific mobs and disable their rendering inside a range the player sets. Two different options control how an entity is disabled, and the chosen mobs are hidden only on the player's own client. Nothing changes on the server, so the mod is useful for single-player and multiplayer players who want to lighten rendering load.
Key features
Per-mob rendering control
Choose which mob types stop rendering, leaving every other mob in view as normal.
Adjustable range
Set the distance from the player within which the chosen mobs are no longer rendered.
Two disable options
Two different options determine how an entity is disabled, letting the player pick the behavior that suits them.
