Behind a closed door, SCP-303, The Doorman adds a monster from the SCP series that players meet when they try to shut a door.

What it does

The mod adds SCP-303, an invisible humanoid anomaly. It can appear in the world as a rare event when a door is closed on Peaceful difficulty, in Survival or Adventure mode, and only one SCP-303 can exist in a world at a time. Once it is present it stays invisible and gives off deep growling sounds, and a player who comes within 4 blocks receives a message saying they are too afraid to open the door. The mod is built on MCreator and is based on the SCP universe, where the entity is known as the Doorman.

The mod runs on Forge for 1.20.1 and is published for 1.19.2 – 1.20.1 across three release versions, 1.19.2, 1.19.4 and 1.20.1. It requires Geckolib, and the code is covered by All rights reserved, so the mod is not open source. The server and every player need the mod installed. A config file lets server owners adjust the mod.
