What it does

Spells are single-use items built from a spell vessel and an ingredient. The Arrow spell fires an arrow toward one of four cardinal directions, north, east, south or west, and is crafted from a spell vessel surrounded by four arrows. The Dark spell makes night begin and is made with an obsidian block, while the Dark Spell Cube makes midnight. The Fire spell sets an entity alight and is crafted from a vessel and one fire item. A configuration option lets a server owner craft one to three fire spells at a time from a spell vessel and an unused flint and steel, and a separate Fire Spell Cube sets entities on fire only.

The mod also provides some basic world control through spells, along with a couple of unique spells that are activated by entity collision. Infinite-use crafted items are included, so not every spell is consumed on use. The freeze effect used by the ice spells comes from Zastavka API, a required dependency. Multiplayer works with GlassConfigAPI version 3.0 or later, which syncs configuration between a server and its clients.

Installation needs StationAPI and ZastavkaAPI on Fabric or Babric. The mod is published for Beta b1.7.3 only, with snapshot builds published alongside stable files. Mod Menu is optional and can be added for in-game configuration. The environment is client and server, so the server and every player need the mod, and the code is released under the MIT License as open source.
