Safe Pets stops owners from harming their own tamed animals, cancelling friendly-fire damage from the player to tamed wolves, dogs, horses, donkeys and mules.

What it does

Safe Pets cancels attacks an owner makes against their own tamed animals, so the pet takes no damage from its owner while other sources still apply. Monsters, lava and fall damage keep hurting pets, and other players can still harm them. Architectury API is required on every loader, and the mod is published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge across 23 release versions, 1.19.1 – 1.21.11, under the MIT License.
