Passport Mod

by Gipor

Passport adds an in-game passport item and a passport desk where players fill out their character details directly in the game.

ForgeClient and serverMIT License1.20.1

What it does

A passport holds personal information about a character, and its details can be edited after it is made. Players reach the editing screen through a passport desk, a block with a simple, clear interface. Passports are crafted at a craft table, so the item fits into normal survival progression without a separate system.

The mod is aimed at roleplay and realism-focused worlds, where stored character information adds depth to daily life. It works in both singleplayer and multiplayer. The client and server both need the mod, so every player on a server that runs it has the passport item and desk available.

Passport is built for Forge and is published for 1.20.1 only. The latest Forge file is passport-1.20.1-1.0.1, dated 2026-02-05. The code is released under the MIT License, but the project is not open source.
