Reload Hotbar

Reload Hotbar lets players re-apply edits to the hotbar.nbt file while the game is still running, so saved hotbars update without a restart.
What it does
Changes made to hotbar.nbt are loaded again through the Saved Hotbars tab of the creative menu, after the file is edited outside the game. A dedicated hotkey loads the hotbar file, and a Save Hotbar hotkey writes the current hotbar back into the file, which keeps the vanilla saving behavior. Reload Hotbar runs on Fabric and Quilt, targets 1.20.4 only, and needs Fabric API on Fabric. It is client-side only, so servers do not need it, and it is released under the MIT License as open source.
