Raw Ore Pellets

Raw Ore Pellets replaces full drops from mining with pellets when an ore is broken by a low-tier tool. A stone pickaxe yields only a few pellets, which reduces the early-game output of raw ores. Higher-tier tools raise the number of pellets dropped: a diamond pickaxe drops raw iron, raw gold and the vanilla raw ores, while a copper pickaxe drops one raw copper per block. Copper yields at most one raw copper per ore block, and iron follows that same cap.

The mod adds three new items: the Raw Copper Pellet, the Raw Iron Pellet and the Raw Gold Pellet. Each one works like the nuggets of its metal and can be smelted into the matching nugget, and raw ore blocks smelt directly into the corresponding metal blocks. Smelting times are adjusted so they stay consistent with the vanilla balance. The mod is built for Fabric and runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. Files are available for game versions 1.21.11 – 26.2, with 1.0.1 for 26.2 as the latest release.
