PvPRandom

by Kuroto_Shiro

PvPRandom turns Minecraft player-versus-player fights into randomized showdowns, where each match changes its gear, potions, tools and arena rules.

FabricServer-side onlyAll rights reserved1.19 – 1.20.6

What it does

Each match hands players randomized gear, potions and tools, so no two battles start from the same kit. Kits can lean toward crystal PvP with end crystals and obsidian, traditional sword-and-shield fights, trident and water combat, invisibility potions with smoke bombs, or TNT minecarts. Potions carry both harmful and beneficial effects, and heavy armor with golden apples supports brutal melee rounds. Randomized enchantments add a further layer of variation to the gear.

Arenas can shrink over time, and some battle zones crumble as a match progresses. Two modes are included: Grand Battle, a shrinking battlefield for up to eight players where the last player standing wins, and Creeper War, a faster mode where players spawn creepers to break down opponents' defenses. Server owners can adjust arena size, match duration and the potion effects.

PvPRandom runs on the server alone, so players join without installing anything. It is published for Fabric only, across 12 release versions 1.19 – 1.20.6, and the code is covered by All rights reserved, so it is not open source. Fabric is the only loader it supports.

Key features

  1. Randomized kits

Gear, potions and tools are randomized for each match, so the loadout changes from one battle to the next.

  2. Shrinking arenas

Battle zones shrink and crumble as a round goes on, forcing players into closer fights.

  3. Grand Battle mode

A battle-royale style mode for up to eight players, where the play zone shrinks until one player remains.

  4. Creeper War mode

A fast-paced mode in which players spawn creepers that attack opponents' defenses.

  5. Adjustable settings

Arena size, match duration and potion effects can be changed to suit the server.
