ProxyPortal
by Howie0715
ProxyPortal lets server administrators build portals that teleport players to other servers in a Velocity proxy network.
What it does
Each portal is defined by a unique name, two corner coordinates that mark its invisible area, and a target server name set in Velocity. An admin creates one with a command, for example a portal named spawn with its area between two coordinates, pointed at a lobby server. Players who enter the area are sent to the configured target.
The mod also cancels native teleportation through Nether Portals, End Portals and End Gateways, so vanilla travel does not compete with the proxy routes. Portal areas are invisible and generate no blocks by themselves, so admins place their own blocks, lights and particle effects to make each portal recognizable. Commands need permission level 2 or higher.
ProxyPortal runs on the server side only, so players join without installing anything. It targets Fabric servers that use the Velocity proxy, and its files are published across 17 release versions. The code is released under the CC0 1.0 Universal license, and its source code and issue tracker are public.
Key features
Named cross-server portals
Each portal has a unique name and sends players to a target server configured in Velocity.
Corner-defined areas
A portal area is set by two corner coordinates, so its footprint can be any size inside the world.
Native portal override
Vanilla Nether Portals, End Portals and End Gateways have their native teleportation cancelled.
Admin commands
Portals are created and managed with commands that require permission level 2 or above.

Use cases
Who it’s for: Server owners and administrators who run Fabric servers behind a Velocity proxy and want to route players between them through in-world portals.
How it compares
Velocity Command is also server-side only and open source under the MIT License, with files for 1.21.4 – 26.1.2, but it handles commands rather than in-world portals. Portal Cornerlink is server-side only, open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v2.1 only, and covers Fabric and NeoForge across its full range. Portal Corner Link needs both client and server and is not open source. NetherPortalHelper is client-side only and under the MIT License, with files for 1.21.1 – 26.2.
